Where Picking a Radiator Style Is Easy

When heating systems were first introduced en masse in British homes there were not many radiators to choose from.  The early examples were functional, but uninspiring and ugly things that were a necessity in heating up our homes and keep us warm in the winter months.

Thirty years on and there is an incredible range to choose from, including the Reina radiators brand.  As with everything these days, you will have to do much research to find a product that will suit your purse, as well as suiting your particular property.

Added to this we need heaters that are stylish and energy efficient as utility bills keep on rising.  You could do no better, therefore, to investigate stainless steel radiators.  This metal has been revolutionary in saving energy.  This is possible because this metal does not need high water temperatures to achieve an ambient temperature and as they heat up quickly, it does not need much energy to reach the right temperature.

Styles have improved dramatically too, with many radiators being focal pieces.  Some of them have been turned into art pieces that will really complement a contemporary interior.

Nowadays new designs have been added for use in the bathroom.  These are known as towel radiators, which combine heat producing properties with the ability to dry and heat towels for the whole family. For a small bathroom these are a boon as they reduce the clutter of towels lining conventional heaters. The range from the above mentioned company is especially useful as they accommodate many towels at the same time.

If you should choose such an addition to your bathroom, it is as well to have a look at the dual fuel varieties.  These will run off your heating system in the winter, whilst using electricity in the summer for all year use.  This is useful as our summer weather is often rainy and damp and drying towels outside is then not an option.

You might think that running an electric heater is expensive, but these radiators are designed to use no more than a light bulb’s worth of electricity.

We stock a range of Reina radiators in our premises and to have a look at styles go to www.radiatorsdirect.co.uk.
